Alcala et al 2016 - We investigated was soil compaction on Sonoma State’s Campus, to determine the density and porosity of soil, which has a large impact on the amount of water able to seep through the surface level of soil and into the water table. 

Azevedo et al 2018 - We studied impacts of grazing on soil quality at Crane Creek Regional Park, calculating bulk density at three sites that had different grazing duration periods.
