Education & Teaching: Interested in getting involved in environmental education?
- Learn skills in the Naturalist Program and lead preserve tours for public and elementary schools
- Share your expertise on environmental issues, by partnering with us to host Tours, Events & Workshops or Live from the Field events with The Virtual Field
Restoration: Get training in restoration techniques and join our volunteer crews at SSU preserves and gardens and other sites throughout Sonoma County.
- Become part of restoration work crew: Land Management Training
- Join a volunteer day at an SSU preserve or Native Plant Garden advertised at Tours, Events & Workshops
Research on Local Challenges: Interested in working with faculty or students in the field? We recruit volunteers to provide support for existing environmental research projects.
CEI Programs and Administration: Do you have a special skill or interest? We are looking for volunteers interested in small but consistent engagement with CEI. We can help you use your skills to contribute to creation of environmentally ready generation. Contact us!
