Technology to control feral pigs

Technology to control feral pigs

Checking pig traps daily in remote backcountry areas can logistically impossible. The Smart Animal Trap is an innovative wild pig trapping system that provides the user more convenience than other wild pig traps. This system uses image recognition to determine if a pig has entered the cage and only closes the cage door if it is confident that there is a pig inside the cage vicinity. By sending a notification alert and making the images available to the user on Twitter, the user no longer needs to manually check the cage, saving both time and effort.
